We fell in love with Prainha over a decade ago and we couldn’t be more excited to share our experience with you.
Picture yourself having your meals overlooking the ocean, a short walk away from idyllic beaches and pools, on a family friendly village and a house with all the comfort needed for a relaxing stay.
The space
The house is composed of 4 bedrooms (3 of which en suite), 5 bathrooms in total, dining room, living room, kitchen, an amazing terrace with oceans views where you can have all your meals and 2 additional outside patios.
It has been recently renovated with the quality and modern style you don’t often see in Prainha. It has AC (cold and heat) in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen (with SMEG appliances – dish washer / washer / dryer), Internet / Wifi broadband, 3 TVs with Cable TV and an extensive number of channels (including sport channels), fireplace, barbeque.
The back patio and surrounding area is ideal for kids to play or enjoying some sun middle of the day.
Location
Prainha village is a dream holiday location.
Located in between Alvor and Praia da Rocha, It overlooks some of the best beaches on the Algarve and is home to Piscina Atlantico, one of the most beautiful and relaxing pools you’ll ever experience (as well as other pools).
It’s picturesque, traditional, safe and with beautiful surroundings.
You can access the beach walking in less than 5 mins from the front door of the house or also through a private lift built in the cliff specifically for Prainha members use.
The facilities include Restaurants, Supermarket, Kids playing area and sport equipment (Tennis; Padel; Football; Basketball)
Tennis and Paddel equipment needs to be requested separately to us (10 euros cost for duration of stay) and booking of the courts is to be handled directly with Hotel reception (15 euros for Tennis and 30 for Paddel)
Gym within Prainha is temporarily closed, the referred gym nearby is a 5 mins drive away.

Street parking
Pools are open from weekend before Easter till End of October.
