Ps: acima das 16 pessoas é cobrado um valor 35€ por pessoas/noite no qual é pago directamente ao proprietário

Has capacity for 24 people, that is:
First bedroom = king bed + baby cot
Second bedroom = double bed
Third bedroom = double bed and 1 single bed
Fourth bedroom = double bed + bunk bed + single bed
Fourth bedroom = 4 bunk beds
Fifth bedroom = 1 double bed + 2 single beds
Note: For groups larger than 16 people, a fee of €35 per person/night is charged, payable directly to the owner.
Guest access
A quinta é composta por três casas no qual tem a capacidade de hospedar 40 pessoas se alugarem a quinta inteira tem acesso as duas piscinas tem também um espaço tipo bar para festas e convívio tem também várias áreas de churrasqueira
Ps: se alugarem para um grupo acima das 24 pessoas a Quinta fica exclusivamente para esse grupo ficando independentes.

Ps: if you rent it to a group of more than 24 people, the Farm is exclusively for that group, remaining independent.

. Mas a Aírnb só tem acesso para até 16 pessoas. Caso sejam mais de 16 pessoas o pagamento será feito à parte ao proprietário no valor de 35€ por pessoa, pelo que é aconselhável informar o número certo de pessoas para que possamos deixar todos os hóspedes confortáveis.

1 covered party area,
and total exclusivity of the property.
Ps: if you are not satisfied with this provision, you have to let us know so that we can try to adjust it with couples, single children, etc….
