The space
The studio is a comfortable and functional space, designed to accommodate guests looking for calm, nature and simplicity, all year round. Heated in winter, it is also suitable for rest stays as well as teleworking or off-season getaways.
Located in the Rogil countryside, on 3.5 hectares of land composed of pine and cork oaks, the studio offers a peaceful environment while remaining close to beaches and amenities.
The space
The studio is about 25 m² and includes:
a double bed (140cm),
a kitchenette equipped with everything you need to cook,
a bathroom with shower and toilet,
a seating area with bench,
two fully private terraces (front and back).
It is adjoining our main house, where we live, while guaranteeing your privacy.
Location
The beaches of the Vicentine coast and the Alentejo region are within a 10-minute drive.
Supermarkets, restaurants, banks and markets are also nearby.
The area is ideal for hiking, surfing, horseback riding (our neighbor has 9 horses and offers horseback riding), cycling and discovering the surrounding villages, regardless of the season.
Guest access
You will have access to our entire property except the surroundings of our part of the house where the 3 of us live.
Other things to note
A car is essential for staying in Quinta Limao.
