The space
The property is located on the outskirts of the city of Faro.
There are some services within a 10-minute walk (Intermarché, Continente and Aldi supermarkets).
It is ideal for those who have a car, you can leave the car inside the property and it is very close to the exit to the famous N2 route, and also to the N125 or A22 roads.

*REFRIGERATOR*
Although not advertised in the list of amenities, we offer a shared refrigerator to our guests.
Each room will have a specific shelf that should be used accordingly.
We are not responsible for lost items.
Please message us if you have any trouble finding your shelf.
*CLEANING*
The cleaning fee included in your stay is for cleaning on the day of check-out, according to local accommodation standards. During their stay, all guests are responsible for keeping the place clean and tidy. If you want extra cleaning or new sheets, there will be costs involved.
*OTHER PRECAUTIONS*
The plumbing in Portugal is very sensitive, it is forbidden to put paper in the toilet. For this, we have a trash can near the toilet that must be used accordingly.
*IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURE*
When booking a hotel room, guests are used to showing their ID at check-in. When you make a reservation at a local lodging establishment (regardless of the type of lodging you have booked on Airbnb, Booking, or another similar site), your host is required to collect this information and report your presence and details to the Foreigners and Borders Service (SEF – the governing body that monitors the movement of foreigners) within 3 days of your arrival.

We are available by calling the contact number even for emergencies during the night.
For night travel needs due to some unexpected difficulty caused by the guest (such as loss of keys), a fee will be charged to cover the costs of this assistance, which must be paid before assistance: €30.
