The owner lives in the flat, as does a small dog, which is used to the presence of people.

Reservations for single male guests are not accepted.

If necessary, transfers to and from the airport can be arranged upon prior request.

In order to comply with Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the local accommodation law in Portugal, and to inform the SEF (the organism that monitors the movement of foreigners in Portugal), the identification details of all guests will be requested upon arrival.

Note: A Municipal Tourist Tax of €1.00 or €2.00 (depending on the season) per person, per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights, will be applied and is payable upon arrival.
