Casa Sul is located in the small village of Baiona, a stone’s throw from Odeceixe, overlooking the stunning Seixe river valley.
Built following traditional methods, it stands out for the comfort of a contemporary home and the invigorating saltwater immersion pool in a courtyard full of charm and privacy.
The space
Casa Sul accommodates up to 4 people and is ideal for a quiet getaway in the middle of nature and just 5 minutes from the beach.
It has a bedroom, a living room with an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower base and a low-height mezzanine with two single beds and a lot of charm, a space full of light that children love!
The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, small refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and mixer. The house also has air conditioning, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.
Built on land, using traditional techniques, provides a pleasant interior temperature throughout the year.
Outside, a private patio perfect for lingering over breakfast or relaxing at the end of the day. It is equipped with a barbecue, a generous wooden dining table and a hammock to rest and enjoy the quiet of the small village.
It has a small immersion pool (3×1.5m) of salt water and exclusive use to relax in an environment of total privacy.

Other things to note
As it is an architectural restoration of a traditional house, this house is not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility. There are steep stairs, uneven floors, and the pool (1.25 meters deep) is not protected by a fence.
