Located in a very quiet area and a short walk from good restaurants, bars and cafes, several stunning beaches (Camilo Beach, Dona Ana Beach and Porto de Mós Beach) and the incredible walking trails at the top of the cliffs of Ponta da Piedade, where you can admire the fabulous landscapes and sea views and the sunset. Within walking distance of Lagos Historic Center, Marina, golf, tennis, bicycles, kayaks, caves and boat rides.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom, a large living room (40 m2) with a dining area and another leisure area with a large sofa with a chaise lounge, cable TV, Netflix, fiber optic internet, fast Wi-Fi and a wooden mezzanine where an office is located. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with an induction stove, combined refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, blender, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. It has new air conditioning in every room of the house.
Outside the house, there is a 35 m2 porch with a very large dining area with a barbecue area and a sofa where you can relax comfortably, and another porch with two hammocks for resting. A large south-facing garden measuring approximately 250 m2, with fruit trees and seating areas in both the sun and shade. It has excellent comfortable spaces to relax in the shade. 8x4m pool heated by a heat pump. Pool with an L-shaped bench where you can relax and do hydromassage.

Lagos is a very pleasant city with a very diverse offer, which satisfies various ages, tastes and interests. In addition to the wonderful beaches and landscapes, there is the possibility of doing various recreational, cultural and sports activities (concerts, fairs, museums, mini-golf, kayaks, SUP, boat trips, surfing, hiking, bike rides, buggy or jeep, …)
Lagos also has a wide variety of shops and good restaurants, both traditional Portuguese food and world food.
