Other things to note
If you wish, for long term stays (more than 1 week) a once a week cleaning service is available at 55€ per week (includes fresh bed and bath clothes and the apartment cleaning).
There is a new building being built near ours. It does not affect at all the view from our place, but some residual noise can be heard from time (exclusively on week days, limited to office hours).
With the doors shut any eventual noise is eliminated.
