The space
Welcome to our little slice of heaven. We call it kokomo beach house. This is a very special place for us, and we’re delighted to share it with others so you and your family can create magical moments, just as we have. It’s a wonderful spot to make lasting memories.

Guest access
Access to the property is done via a lockbox you will be sent the code the day of check-in. It’s very easy and simple..
You can use the apartment it is a semi-detached property, so please ensure to park on your side of the house Thank you
Other things to note
Next Door to your right is the famous Ze Maria fish shack. It has the best fresh grilled fish with great views of the beach its a small place so please book in advance. Or message me and i’m happy to book a table for you.
Please note that Ze Maria does have a dog. The dog is safely contain but can sometimes be heard barking at night. If this is something that would disturb you may not the right place for you.
Next to your left is our house
We have two small Italian greyhounds dogs that are extremely friendly, They are very good with children but have been known to give a few too many kisses. They will be spending most of the summer away travelling with us but when we are around in the house they sometimes pop next door to say hello and have a cuddle.
Please note : paddle boards shown on the photo are not included in the rental. There is a rental shop on the beach where paddles, surfboards and other water sports can be rented.

The Faro International Motorcycle Rally, one of the largest and most renowned biker events in Europe, is scheduled to take place from July 17 to July 20, 2025. This annual event draws thousands of motorcycling enthusiasts to Faro and the beach, offering a unique experience with a mix of concerts, exhibitions, and a vibrant parade. It takes place 3 kilometres from our house, We love it and would recommend checking it out its something different for sure and a real taste of the Portuguese culture.
But is just a warning that weekend it will be noisy and full of bikes on the beach. Our house is amazing to have a wonderful relaxing beach holiday, Just not on this weekend. But if you like a party these are the dates to book.
