The space
This apartment has been completely refurbished, with new bathrooms, kitchens, flooring throughout and walls rendered and painted to a very high standard. Large wall mounted Smart TV’s in all rooms.

A 5-10 minute walk from the stunning beaches of Sao Rafael and Praia de Arrifes, this large (133 sq meters) 2 bedroom top floor apartment is filled with natural light in the picturesque resort of Sao Rafael with an abundance of outdoor living space. The complex is very tranquil but only a 5 minute taxi ride to the bustling cosmopolitan city of Albufeira.

The apartment has two secure enclosed terraces at the front of the property with a small table and chairs perfect for enjoying some shelter from the Algarvian sunshine. The main outdoor area is the south west facing balcony at the rear of the property which has magnificent sea views overlooking beautifully manicured communal gardens. There are separate adult and child swimming pools on the complex with a snack bar open during the summers months.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning and 2 large very comfortable single beds, so 4 beds in total with additional sofa bed in the living room. We also have an additional travel cot suitable for babies or toddlers which is available free of charge.

There are 2 bathrooms with WC, one with walk in shower and second bathroom has an enclosed shower cubicle. Both bathrooms have large LED mirrors and vanity units

Kitchen has been recently upgraded to include all new appliances (electric oven & hob, dishwasher and washing machine), along with new granite worktops and new cabinets. Complimenting this kitchen we also have a raised breakfast bar accompanied by 2 bar stools. This area has as a separate door leading to a drying area for your laundry. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and Krups milk frother to enjoy freshly brewed coffee and hot or frothed milk as desired.

The living area is open plan with a dining table which extends to accommodate up to 6 persons for meal times. Our apartment is unique in the complex in that it has a large side window which is west in orientation at the dining area which allows additional natural light to flood the spacious living area. Air conditioning is also installed in this area.

The remaining living area contains a large sofa with chez lounge for entertaining or watching the 55″ 4K Smart TV with over 200 channels to choose from.

The main balcony is furnished with a respectably sized table and 4 chairs and also has the added benefit of a 2 seater wicker chair which can be positioned ideally to catch the morning or evening sun or indeed soak up the sun throughout the day. From the balcony there are stunning views of the sea due to the apartments unique position and elevation.
