The villa’s private garden offers peaceful spots to unwind, while the spacious interiors, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bedrooms, and elegant living spaces, are all yours to enjoy.

For added convenience, the villa includes secure parking with an EV charger, a washing machine, and fast Wi-Fi throughout. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the distant ocean views, or gathering for meals, every corner of this retreat is designed to make your stay effortless and unforgettable.

• No parties or events: Our villa is designed to provide a serene escape for guests to relax and enjoy the Algarve’s beauty. We kindly ask you to respect our no-party policy.
• Child safety: The villa features a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi and fire pit, as well as a heated pool. Children must be supervised at all times in these areas for their safety.
• Neighborhood respect: While the villa offers ample privacy, it is part of a tranquil community with other nearby properties. To maintain harmony, please keep noise to a minimum, especially during evenings.
• Rental agreement: Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement to ensure clarity and a smooth stay. This document must be signed prior to arrival.
• Use of amenities: The villa includes premium amenities such as an EV charger, board games, yoga mats, and a fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances. We ask all guests to treat these with care during their stay.

• EV Charger: The use of the EV charger is subject to additional fees based on consumption, at the discretion of the host.

• Air conditioning: When the air conditioning is on, all windows and doors must remain closed. Leaving them open can cause condensation issues and water leakage due to the temperature difference.

• Fire restrictions: From May 15 to September 15, due to extreme heat and dry conditions, it is strictly prohibited to light any fires on the rooftop terrace. Please be aware that the area is primarily made of wood, and safety is our utmost priority.

• Pool & Jacuzzi Hygiene: We kindly ask all guests to shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi to maintain cleanliness and water quality.

• Towel usage: Please always use the provided pool towels on sun loungers. If face or bath towels are stained with make-up or self-tanning products, we reserve the right to charge for their replacement, as these stains are often permanent and cannot be removed through standard laundering.

• Garden & Pool Maintenance: Regular maintenance is essential to keep the outdoor spaces in excellent condition. Guests may not refuse scheduled gardening or pool cleaning services, which are coordinated for your comfort.
