Varandas do Lago is situated in the heart of the Golden Triangle in the centre of the Algarve, Faro International Airport is located 20 minutes’ drive away.
Ancao beach with some of Europe’s finest beaches and miles of golden sands is a few minutes’ drive.
A short walk along the Ria Formosa boardwalks will take you to many popular beachside restaurants including Dos Passos, The Bold Octopus, Antonia’s, Izzy’s and Julia’s

Since the photos were taken, there is now an additional bathroom and shower in the basement.
The kitchen overlooks the pool terrace and outdoor dining area, it is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle.
The adjoining utility room contains a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Still on the ground floor there is a bright and comfortable living room with sofas and TV, a large dining table is located in the adjoining dining area.
Outside you will find a beautiful south facing alfresco dining area with gas BBQ and traditional Portuguese wood oven for summer entertaining. A retractable awning offers shade as required.
The private pool and children’s splash pool is surrounded by enclosed manicured gardens with luxury sunlounger’s and parasols.
The basement houses the Casa Buddha private bar fully equipped with wine and beverage coolers, a spectacular Cinema/games room with plasma TV, pool table, dart board, card table and chess board.
