The space
The house has two different floors. In the first one you can find a bathroom, kitchen and living room in open space concept. There is also a small balcony. In the second floor you can find a generous balcony – with a table, two chairs and a hand shower – and a room with a bathroom.
There is air conditioning, smart tv, Wi-Fi internet, Netflix, cable tv with Portuguese and foreign channels in both floors.

Only one step away from all the main points of the city:
• Five minutes away from Jardim da Alameda, Avenida 5 de outubro e Rua de Santo António;
• Ten minutes away from Mercado Municipal, Sé (Faro Cathedral), historic old town center and Ferry (where you can catch the boat for barrier islands).
Upon check-in, we will have to charge Faro municipal tourist tax. It serves to contribute to the implementation of public actions necessary for the consolidation of Faro as an attractive, sustainable and acessible tourist destination.
Between March 1st and October 31st the municipal tourist tax is €2 (two euros) per person and night;
Between November 1st and the last day of February of the following year, the value of the municipal tourist tax is €1 (one euro), per person and night.
