Other things to note
1. IMPORTANT:
Due to its privileged location, there has been a lot of demand and several new buildings in this location. A new villa is currently under construction near this one. Please note that construction work may be taking place during business hours during the day, on weekdays.
2. VERY IMPORTANT:
Reservations made for groups of guests under the age of 30 are not accepted.
3. It is possible to heat the pool for an extra fee.
4. Cleaning/changing towels is done every two days. Cleaning staff starts at 10am if you want to change it please let us know in advance.
5. Tourist Tax €2/person/night (+13 years), max. 7 nights, payable on arrival.
6. There are surveillance cameras all around the outside of the house.
7. Organizing parties or events without prior authorization from the owner is not permitted.
8. We ask that you take special care with sun oil stains, henna tattoos and makeup stains on towels and bed linen.
We kindly ask that you leave the house in good condition, furniture and utensils where they were found, trash emptied and dishes washed.
9. During your stay, the pool attendant will come to the site to maintain/clean the pool.
10. We can book your transfer to and from Faro airport.
