Other things to note
Pool level is open from 9am to 8pm. You are obliged to comply with Condominium Management’s pool rules which might be in place from time to time. 6th floor Sun Deck and Pool access and use is not available to any guests of yours who might visit you at the apartment.
If your stay is for two weeks, sheets will be changed one week after arrival. If your stay is longer, we will work out a suitable arrangement for you. Towels will not be changed because you have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
A tourist tax is now required of each guest – 2€ per night for the first five nights (1€ from November to April). Payable to me on arrival.
Please do remember that this is self-catering and not a hotel. If you have any questions or problems, please send me an email or a message. I can then make sure whatever you need is sorted, if possible. Make sure you have my Portuguese number for SMS and WhatsAp as this is the best way to reach me quickly!
