Respect for the neighborhood:
Noisy parties are strictly forbidden. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, and we want it to stay that way. If you want to party, many bars are just 15 minutes away.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of €1,500 in cash will be required upon check-in. It will be returned after the departure inventory, provided that no damage (furniture, equipment, accessories…) has been found.
⚠️ For guests departing early in the morning, the security deposit will be returned by bank transfer within days of their departure, the time required for the complete verification of the house.
