Julio Apartment is a modern-style, fully equipped flat located in a pedestrian area in the heart of downtown Faro near the historical centre and marina and easily accessible by bus, car or train.
The space
Julio Apartment is a fully equipped, cosy flat with one bedroom + bathroom, combined living room and kitchen and a balcony. Its minimalist decoration, natural and artificial lighting provide guests with a unique sense of comfort. A perfect stay for couples, but it can accommodate up to 4 people.
The rooftop terrace is accessible through the fourth floor of the building where a table with four chairs can be used to enjoy an early breakfast or an evening drink.
Guest access
Guests will be able to enjoy the whole house in order to have full privacy during their stay.
A key will also be provided in order to get access to the rooftop terrace – a great way to enjoy a drink during the sunset or below the stars at night.
Other things to note
The City Hall of Faro charges a tourist fee of 2€ (March to October) and 1€ (November to February) per guest, per day, for a maximum of 7 consecutive days.
This tax is not part of the reservation payout and will be collected before or during the check-in.
Also, according to the Portuguese Immigration and Border Control rules, all guests will have to provide their details prior to the check-in.
