Casa Joaninha is located in the center of the Algarve, in a quiet area, with lots of privacy and a wonderful garden. Fully equipped for a comfortable vacation, it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a heated pool for moments of pure relaxation.
The minimum age for groups is 24; families with children are very welcome.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and capsule and bag coffee machine (coffee not included).

Other things to keep in mind
The property is’ ‘Self-Catered’. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including: 1 dishwasher tablet for each day of your stay, 2 cleaning cloths, 1 sponge, dish detergent, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap. These items are offered courtesy only – replacements or replacements are not included.
￫ Bed linen and hand and bath towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 10 nights, a change of sheets and towels will be provided mid-stay, included in the price.
The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers the check out cleaning. Extra cleaning or additional clothing changes can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee – these orders must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in is from 5 p.m. and will be autonomous, as you will receive a video on how to access the property as well as the access codes so that you can check in at any time. We are available for any questions or help.
The check-out must be carried out by 10:00 am.
During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the keys of the property. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or in the mailbox. In case of need of technical assistance for the opening of the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of loss of the key, a penalty will apply.
Cradle and Cadeira de Bebé are available upon request and is free of charge.
