This beautiful villa has antique front doors that lead into a spacious entrance hall. There is large Double Bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom. This room can also be made up as a twin bedroom.
The hall has glass doors that lead into a sitting room with desk area, modern log burning fireplace and attached dining room. The dining table is set up to seat 10 people but can be extended to seat 12 people if needed.
The Kitchen is modern and easy to keep clean. It is fully equipped with Miele and Liebherr appliances, double fridge/freezer, wine fridge, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Magimix, Nespresso Coffee machine and a Nutribullet.
On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with King Size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The Master bedroom has it’s own balcony overlooking the front garden and pool area.
Also on the first floor, the third bedroom is a twin bedded room which on request can be made up as a double bedroom. This also has an ensuite bathroom and it’s own balcony.
The basement area consists of a further bedroom with two bunkbeds. There is a further shower room for this bedroom.
Also in the basement there is a ‘games area’ with pool table, table tennis and table football. Shelving space with many children’s toys and books for guests to use. There is also a desk area that seats 2 people.
The property has an acoustic ‘cinema room’ in the basement, utility room containing washing machine and dryer and access to the garage. There are tennis rackets and balls available for people to use and useful beach equipment.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, underfloor heating, heated towel rails and air-conditioning. In addition to the cinema, the property has three TV’s in the sitting room, basement and master bedroom. There is cable TV, Sky and Apple TV available.
The swimming pool is 10x5m. It is surrounded by a large terraced area and landscaped garden. There is a comfortable seating area with shade next to the pool and a further 6 sun loungers with sun shade.
There is a beautiful outdoor dining area at the back of the property coming off the kitchen which seats 12 people. In the summer months it has vines growing above it making it a special place to sit with friends and family.
To the rear of the property there is a further seating area for four people and a short boules court.

We have a lady called Kate who runs our villa in Portugal and will be able to assist you during your stay.
The villa is walking distance to Ancao Beach, which has beach bars and restaurants. Guests have access to a tennis court and six-a-side football pitch. Mini golf, biking, go-karting, and water sports are nearby. Restaurants are within a short walk.
No buses to this area. Car hire recommended.
Our gardener comes each week on a Tuesday morning.
Our pool maintenance company visits once a week – usually on a Monday morning.

The swimming pool is NOT heated during November, December or January. February if it is warm enough.
We do not charge any extra for the pool heating when it is on.
We have x2 travel cots and x2 high chairs. These are included in the pricing.
We can set up a Christmas tree for the Christmas bookings.
We have B-Corp duvets, pillows, shampoos, Conditioners and shower gels.
