The space
2 double bedrooms, a single room and two bathrooms (one as a suite) on the ground floor, lounge and kitchen in open space. On the first floor, a double room overlooking the lagoon with access by an external staircase (no bathroom), in the basement an area of support for water sports.

Access to the whole villa except for the service room in the basement.
Free parking inside the property for 3 cars.
You will be asked to fill in the Accommodation Bulletin before staying in this villa.
The SEF accommodation bulletin is designed to control foreign nationals in the country. All foreign citizens, including nationals of other European Union member states, must fill in an accommodation bulletin when staying in a hotel, tourist resort, local accommodation establishment or similar tourist accommodation.
The Faro Municipal Tourist Tax will be charged
WHO PAYS
is applied to all guests, regardless of nationality, aged 16 or over, per person and per overnight stay, up to a limit of 7 overnight stays.
WHO IS EXEMPT
– guests under the age of 16
– disabled guests with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 60 per cent (extending to one accompanying person)
– guests whose stay is motivated by relocation in the event of catastrophes or bad weather
– Education and health professionals and security forces travelling to Faro.
WHEN AND HOW MUCH
– 2 Euros per night (7 consecutive nights stay/person) from March to October
– 1 Euro per night (7 consecutive nights stay/person) from November to February.
