8 months agoReasonably priced tour company, with lots of choices. Efficiently run with air conditioning. Tour guides were informative and friendly as were the drivers. We chose half day trips ‘Golden Cliffs & Ferragudo Village’ and ‘Loulé Market’. I preferred the former, my husband preferred the latter so really the trips suit everyone’s tastes. Would recommend.

3 years agoA day trip visiting Lagos and Sagres (Cape St. Vincent only) has a tight schedule i.e. 3 hours in Lagos including lunchtime and 40 minutes in Cape St. Vincent. It took 2 hours from Albufeira to Lagos and we spent half of the time on picking up passengers from a number of hotels and waiting for another group of passengers joining us from another coach when we were close to Logos. Being allowed to stay in Lagos for 3 hours we only visited a couple shops, took some photos in the town and had a quick lunch. The slow service at the restaurant didn't help either. If you would like to stay for longer time in either of these two places, don't go for this trip. The guide was friendly and the provided information was helpful. She let us explore Cape St. Vincent on our own. I'm not sure if the reason for her not going with the group was the time (only 40 minutes) or the hot weather.

2 years agoThe first time we used this tour company was great. The tour guide was wonderful and she was so friendly to everyone. However, our last day in Portugal was spoilt by this very rude tour guide (seen in the picture) on another tour to Lisbon. Our time was ruined because of her and everyone in our family felt down and wanted to go back home. She doesn’t know how to treat everyone impartially and with respect. She was happily talking and giggling with a German couple and we were waiting to ask her a question for over 10 mins. It was like she was purposely trying to avoid us, we aren’t white, so you can come up with your own conclusion on that. Then when we pointed out that Lisbon looked modern compared to Silves, she took the most offence to that and said in a very condescending, rude way “EXCUSE ME” and started going on about how she knows Portugal since she was born – just rude behaviour. We weren’t trying to educate her, we were sharing an observation. If we said this to the other tour guide, she would’ve responded very politely. I wish I knew that nice woman’s name. If we didn’t book the second tour with the rude lady in the picture, I would’ve given it a 5 star review. She should learn something from her colleague! The company should have kind, inclusive tour guides.

5 months agoDO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY we booked the Grand Lagos & Cape St. Vincent tour via our hotel, the actual tour lasts for 5 hours however its a 12 hour day because they drive l over the place to collect other tourists. The return was the worst and got on the coach at 4.30pm and our ETA back to hotel was 8pm, the tour guide was misleading with times it was unbearable as needed the toilet, imagine being on a coach for almost 4 hours!!! We jumped off and got an uber back to our hotel when we couldn't take anymore. When our hotel complained about this, the tour company said this was completely normal?!?! Will never use this company again, have travelled all over the world and never experienced this. Awful.

3 years agoMy husband and I went to Saville for the day trip and the driver and host were exceptional! They were kind, courteous and taught us a lot about both Spain and Portugal. A gorgeous trip that I would recommend to anyone wanting to experience a piece of both of these countries in a day 😁
