Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac at the top of Praia da Luz, Fawlty Towers is an attractive and deceptively spacious five-bedroom villa offering superb sea views, a private swimming pool, and a wide range of indoor and outdoor entertainment options.
The space
Fawlty Towers is a beautiful T5 villa with a private pool, located in a quiet residential area at the top of Praia da Luz and just a few minutes’ walk from the shops, restaurants and the beach.
The villa is the last house on a cul-de-sac and the lot is completely enclosed, which provides a high level of privacy and security.
On the ground floor there is a living/dining room, comfortably furnished and with an open fireplace. Glass doors open onto the terrace/garden on the side of the house, where you can also find a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a movable island, combined refrigerator, stove and hob (electric), dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (filter), kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, among others.
On this floor there are 3 bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms and the single bedroom each have a full en-suite bathroom; the other bedroom, which is a double, has a family bathroom with shower, further down the hall.
On the 1st floor there are two more bedrooms – one double and one single. The double room has a full en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a full family bathroom.
The second living room has very good lighting and is comfortably furnished with a large sofa and a separate chaise longue, and also has an open fireplace. The plasma TV has Portuguese, English and European channels. There is also fiber Wi-Fi.
Both the bedrooms and both living rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Going up another staircase, you reach the cherry on top of the cake of this villa: a fantastic rooftop terrace with stunning views of the village and the sea. This space is fully equipped for dining, with an integrated BBQ, refrigerator, sink, dining table and chairs, and even sofas to relax.
Back on the ground floor and next to the kitchen, a staircase descends to the lower floor of the house where you can find a huge game room that extends the length of the house. This room is equipped with a snooker table, ping-pong table, foosball table, exercise bike, wall-to-wall bookshelf and comfortable armchairs. At the bottom of this room there is also a bar with a drinks refrigerator. Sliding doors open doors to an outdoor staircase that gives access to the pool area. Next to the game room there is a small laundry room where you can find the washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
There is also a service bathroom on this lower floor.
The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
All outdoor areas have lighting, allowing the nights to be as pleasant as the days.
A refundable security deposit is required at this property with your final payment. As long as there are no breakages, this will be returned to you within 5 days of your departure.
The villa and all its amenities are fully private and for the exclusive use of guests.
