This is a private house, my home 🙂 not a hotel room. I can be around.
In Downtown, 5 min walk from Faro Old Town, with a unique patio and rooftop, located in a traditional street.
Before making a reservation and for a wonderful and pleasant stay just have a look at the listing description and house rules.
The space
Accepting only guests with, at least 3 recent positive reviews , ID verification. For longer stays please send me a message.
You booked one of the two double bedrooms available in a traditional house, situated in Faro downtown in a quiet historic street, with no busy traffic.
Other 2 guests can be in the other room.
Max. occupancy of the house 2 guests/bedroom. Host using shared spaces.
The house is 5 min walking distance from the old town and downtown area, near local daily life.
After a great day visiting the amazing islands around Ria Formosa Natural Park and while waiting for dinner, why not relaxing at the rooftop or watching your favorite series on Netflix.
There is a free car park about 5 min walk from the house. Street house car parking is only for residents. Paid car parking in all downtown area and around the house.
During cold days you will have an heater unit in the bedroom and AC unit will be disconnected during that time. No other heater will be available.
Air conditioner only available in your bedroom.
Fast internet in all the property, perfect for online work, video calls, streaming.5G WIFI only ( In old devices internet can be slow)
Note:
Nearest beach is 9 km away from Faro downtown and from the house.
Airport is located 7 km from Faro. All downtown Faro is under flying paths.
Some construction, renovation works started months ago in a one floor house, one house away from mine. Works, legally, from 9 am to 5 pm.
Adjacent rooftop with the neighbors, some with dogs, separated by wall 1.5 meters high.
Guest access
Just for you:
-Bedroom with air conditioner (14 square meters) with Big double bed 1.50*1.95 m, very soft mattress and Smart TV ( Netflix, no cable tv);
-Private bathroom, with air dryer, inside the house, 5 metres away from the bedroom, with private access.
Shared spaces shared with other 2 guests and host.

-Fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooker, fridge, microwave;
-Patio and Rooftop

ATTENTION-Les parties communes de la maison (cuisine, salon) peuvant être partagés avec deux autres client et propriétaire a tout moment.
ATENCIÓN-Partes comunes de la casa (cocina, sala de estar) se pueden compartir con otros dos invitados o propietario en cualquier momento.

-Room will be ready at 3.00 pm, but you can leave your luggage sooner at home, in the living room (no bathroom available before check-in hour). Just let me know at least with 2 days in advance.
-Before arrival important information will be send to the guests using Airbnb message center.
-Check-out from the room is at 11.00 am, you can leave your luggage after that at home, in the living room until 3.00 pm (no bathroom, common areas are available after check-out from the room)
During your stay
-Important information about the key transfer (self check-in) , house localization, transportation, … will be send to confirmed guests until two days before arrival.
-In some circumstances i will be present at check-in and i will let you know in advance.
-I will be in the house only sometimes, also preparing the rooms for guests and/or using shared areas if needed.
– If we meet around i will be very happy to say hello and have a chat.
-If am not there at check-in or we don´t meet during your stay, in case you need assistance, you can contact me using airbnb message center, phone or email.
-Luggage can be drop off before check-in at anytime. For that please send me detailed information about your arrival time.
– A personalized city guide is available in your Airbnb booking details
-All communications will be made in English or Portuguese.
Other things to note
To have a pleasant stay it is important for you to have a look at the house rules and listing description and also at this ones:
-The person who did the reservation must be one of the guests, other than that, reservations will not be considered.
-Only Airbnb registed guests are allowed in the house. No extra guests are allowed to spend the night or to use shared spaces.
-All shared spaces of the house can be used by other 2 Airbnb guests or host at anytime.
-You can have a smoke in the outdoor areas but it´s not allowed to smoke in all available inside rooms.
– Just remember to maintain the house clean for the others guests. They and we really appreciated. 🙂
-There`s a penalty of 25 euros If the guests lost or do not return the house keys provided.
-No washing machine available. There is a self service laundry, 3 min walk from the house.

Shared spaces are cleaned every 2 days.
-The room has a Smart TV, only with internet and Netflix, NO cable tv is provided.
-According to the Portuguese and European law all the guests agree to fill in the accommodation form with the required personal information to report your presence and details to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service.
A form will be send before your arrival for you to fiil in with the required and mandatory personal information. Key transfer instructions will be send after i received the form. Without that information reservation can’t be validated.
