The space
Villa “Casa da Primavera is located in an elevated position in the residential area of Cama da Vaca between Praia da Luz and Burgau.
On the ground floor you will find four bedrooms, three of them with their own en-suite bathroom. Another bathroom with a bathtub is upstairs. All bedrooms have direct access to the partially covered terrace.
In front of the bedrooms there is a spacious terrace with sea views. A large dining table under the awning forms its center, complemented by selected lounge furniture and a daybed. The pool area and garden open from the terrace.
Upstairs there is a kitchen, dining area and lounge area as well as a separate living room with fireplace, smart TV and sound system. In the open hallway there is a workplace with sea views. Floor-deep glass sliding doors lead from the living and dining area to the covered panoramic balcony with multiple seating areas and impressive sea views to the horizon.
The 10 × 5 meter rectangular pool is usable all year round and is actively heated by a modern heat pump. A fully automatic solar pool cover complements the system.
Right by the pool is the pool house with bar area, sink and outdoor refrigerator as well as a lounge corner. Next to the pool house there is a separately accessible shower and a separate toilet. A large grill complements the outdoor area.
The Mediterranean garden is characterized by natural stone walls, palm trees, citrus, fig and olive trees. In the evenings, the property and garden are stylishly illuminated.
All windows and sliding doors are equipped with sliding mosquito nets. An integrated ventilation and dehumidification concept permanently supports a pleasantly dry indoor climate.
Guest access
You have exclusive use of the entire villa including garden, pool, pool house and terraces.
Private parking spaces are available on the enclosed premises.
Self check-in is via an electric gate and a key box, each with a code.
Other things to note
Enjoy sea views from the upper floor, from the ground floor and from selected areas of the garden.
The pool area, terrace and garden offer a high degree of privacy and are harmoniously embedded in the open garden. The large panoramic balcony is partially visible from the adjacent neighboring properties.
