Everything is perfectly organized: the courses, the temperature, the music… the cuisine is flawless, and for me, it's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The foie gras was delicious, the prawn brioche exquisite… Well, I didn't order anything that wasn't. Thank you for the experience.

a week agoWe stumbled on this superlative wine bar and small plates restaurant two years ago. It blew us away on every level: the wine recommendations, the food and the hospitality are all world class. We loved it so much, we came both nights of our stay. We had to come back to Faro just to eat here again. We were delighted to see it has taken over the building next door and continue to produce some of the most creative and taste stimulating food we have ever had. We live in London, travel extensively and eat a lot! It easily makes one of our top ten restaurants. We love how we can say what kind of wine we would like and are introduced to a Portuguese grape that we’ve never heard of yet surpasses all expectations. The food is truly sensational and each mouthful is an intense but balanced flavour bomb. Thank you so much to the amazing team behind this culinary gem. We feel so fortunate to know this place.

What really stood out was the pacing of the meal; it was beautifully spaced out, and as soon as we finished one plate, the next arrived without a beat. The service was exceptional. Our waiter was incredibly kind and attentive, taking the time to help us pair the perfect wine with our food. To top it all off, the decor is delightfully different but feels incredibly special, making for a fantastic atmosphere. Do início ao fim, cada garfada foi uma autêntica perfeição. O ritmo da refeição foi excelente; os pratos foram muito bem compassados e, assim que terminávamos um, o seguinte chegava logo a seguir.
