Garden Shed and Storage are Closed for Staff Storage.

This Villa Exclusively accepts families .
Groups ,Stag and Hen Party are not allowed in this property .
Primary renter must be Over 25 Years Old .
The Pool/ Garden Crew makes a Visit twice a Week to control the Swimming-pool Balance Normally they can be expecte on Wednesdays during Morning .
Courtesy cleaning of the villa will be made once a week and towels will be change every 4 Days and sheets change every 7 Days in Reservations over 7 Nights
Heated Swimming-Pool have an Extra Cost of 250 Euros Payable on the Check In
⚠️ Tourist Tax: According to Albufeira Municipality regulations, a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights) applies to all guests aged 13 and above.
This Tax Applies From 1 of April To 31 Of October .
