1 year agoWe booked the half day tour to celebrate a birthday and had a perfect day! By chance, it was only the 3 people in our group on the tour so it felt like a private experience, which was lovely. Rui was an amazing guide! He was fun, super personable, knowledgeable and created lots of opportunities for us to stop and take great photos to look back on. The tour is excellent value for money for the extent of what you're able to experience. In Paderne, we got to see the castle and take a tour of the Moinho do Leitão windmill. Goji Farm was incredibly cute and their jams/honeys were delicious. Driving through the extensive orange groves was also a treat. Visiting the Queda do Vigário waterfall in Alte and watching the sunset from the mountain was a beautiful way to end the tour. We had an amazing time on this tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone who appreciates beautiful scenery.

2 years agoWe had the Absolute time of our LIVES! Coming from the USA, this was the experience of a lifetime! From a wonderful and prompt pickup to courtesy along the way, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We literally had so many surprises along the trip and we learned so much about Portuguese foods and ways of life. I adored our tour guide Rui! The other tourists were so amazing sweet and supportive. We cannot recommend this experience enough. The views were breathtaking and honestly it will be a lifelong memory. Thank you for a great experience!

2 years agoRUI you are truly the best guide ever. If I ever go back to Portugal I will be taken another tour (by RUI hopefully) 🙌🏼 best thing we did on holidays. Surprised how busy it was Christmas week too. For two girls travelling RUI made us feel extremely comfortable and welcoming. We were waiting around on an English family to arrive so in total there was 7 in the jeep (with Rui 8). Having other people ride in the jeep took some warming up too (of course all total strangers) but luckily for us the family that arrived were so lovely. The 4x4 open roof jeep was incredible, Rui let us stand up when we were off the main roads, which was exhilarating 🤩 brought us through lots of Portuguese villages, country roads, dirt roads and up to a beautiful view cliff that overlooks Portugal 🇵🇹 when the sun was setting it was just really breathtaking. After a certain time in the evening a cover goes over the jeep because it can get really chilly. Blankets are also provided for when it gets cold. We stopped at a little animal farm, and stopped along orange trees to pick some 🤫 very delicious. Amazing experience and I highly recommend this tour to everyone. Even though I’m back home in Ireland 🇮🇪 I still think how great this tour was. And out of all the reviews I searched for a ‘safari trip’ this had incredible reviews and appeared the best and now that I’ve been on it - I can actually AGREE. Amazing. Thank you Rui 👏🏼

3 years agoWe loved our jeep tour today. Total 4 hours 35€. We really liked it. Tour Guide could tell us a lot of the land around the Algarve. We saw little waterfall, windmills, watermills, caste lot of orangfield, almond trees, avocado fields, small villages with a cute little mercado. We had a hones tasting. Could try a view juicy oranges, zitrus and more. Guide was totally friendly always had something to tell us! Good guy!!

10 months agoAbsolutely brilliant, even though I had to climb a castle wall haha he said he wanted complaints ;) Well no complaints here , we loved the whole experience. Stunning views, beautiful Farm and bakery and waterfall and spring water tasting , loves the alcohol at the farm. ;) Kids loved the animals there and the cake and ice cream from the bakery . Will be doing it again when we are back . Our guide was excellent , thank you 😊
