Gated driveway with covered carport. Double glass-panelled entrance doors open up to the hall, guest cloakroom, open plan lounge-dining-kitchen with several sets of patio doors that open to a partly covered terrace overlooking pool and garden. Netflix, international channels and free fibre-optic internet WiFi are available. The hallway leads to 1 double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and doors to the covered terrace and 1 twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and doors to the covered terrace. The marble staircase leads up to the first floor with 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and doors to a balcony and 1 twin bedroom (mattresses can be zipped together to make a king) with en suite bathroom and doors to a balcony. In front of the staircase, a door opens up to a large terrace with a covered bar with fridge and sink, two comfortable sun loungers and a sail-covered area with ample lounge seating.
The perfectly kept garden area great for the kids to have a run around while you relax on the covered double outdoor bed. The large BBQ area with a shaded seating area is perfect to sit and enjoy a nice meal with your family or friends.

Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
