The space
As you enter the villa you are greeted by a large private pool (not heated) and a peaceful garden. At the rear of the building you have an outdoor dining area with a BBQ and a chill out area with open views to the countryside. You also have workout equipment in the garden free to use for all guests.
As you step in to the house you are greeted by a large kitchen and dining area. You have all the facilities to feel at home in the villa with an oven and stove top, washing machine, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious meals
Linked to the kitchen / dining area you have a bright open living room space where you can relax in front of the large flat screen TV or challenge your friends and family to a game of pool with the full size pool table.
If the workout equipment wasn’t enough, you also have a running machine in the living room that is available for all adults to use.
Situated between the living room and dining room there is also a downstairs toilet.
As you head upstairs you are greeted by a huge window with views to the stunning open land behind the villa.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms.
Bedroom one has a king size bed, wardrobe space as well as the largest of the bathrooms with a bath and shower as well as a toilet, you also have access to a large terrace that overlooks the swimming pool with a peaceful lounge area.
Bedroom 2 also boasts a king size bed, wardrobe space and a window overlooking the pool. You have an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 3 has a sofa bed, more suitable for children as well as wardrobe space and a desk area. The ensuite bathroom also has a shower cubicle and toilet, the window faces the open land behind the villa.
Other things to note
Please do note that there is quite a steep hill to reach the property.
Located just 10 minutes walk from Carvoeiro you are perfectly located for all of your holiday needs. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the town and several supermarkets a short drive away including Intermarche, Apolonia, Aldi and Pingo Doce.
You have Carvoeiro beach in the town as well as countless more beautiful beaches such as Praia do Vale de Centeanes and Praia do Carvalho just a short drive from Carvoeiro.
You have many golf courses in the surrounding areas such as Vale de Milho, Gramacho and Vale da pinta.
With surrounding areas such as Portimao, Alvor and Ferragudo a short drive from here you can explore beautiful beaches, vibrant night life and amazing restaurants to cater for everyone’s needs.
You also have large retail outlets in Portimao and Guia, around 20 minutes drive from Carvoeiro.
If you fancy some fun in the sun then we would recommend Slide and Splash and Zoomarine water parks which are open during the summer months.
