It’s located in Albufeira with a stunning view over the sea and the marina. The beach is only 900meters away. It´s features are 3suites/2 bedrooms, living and dinning room, equipped kitchen, BBQ, outdoor heated pool (max29ºC) (it sn’t possible to heat the pool between November and March), tennis table and pool table.
The space
The Villa is composed by 3 floors, decorated in the best style of the 60’s with large areas and natural light. The house is located on a hill facing west, wich offer a sunset over the Atlantic Ocean and Albufeira Marina. The Villa offers 3 suites and two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room and garage. The Villa also includes a heated outdoor pool (can’t be heated between November and March), a pool table and a tennis table. In the outdoor area, as balconies or back garden, you can enjoy the great climate of the Algarve.
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas, except for the host storage areas.
Other things to note
Between 1st November and 31st March the temperature of the oudoor pool will depend of the atmosphere conditions (ambient temperature).
Intrusion alarm system, with motion sensors. 2 sensors capture static images in case of intrusion. 1 of the sensors in the entrance hall – main door, and the other in the kitchen – back entrance.
The captured images are managed by SECURITAS. System is turned on by guests when they leave the house
