The space
Casa da Wonderland is our beautifully restored Holiday Home, close to the beach , set among orange orchards. Traditional Algarvian villa, set slightly above Olhos Da Agua, with sea views, four full bedroom suites, a grassed mature garden, boasting adults salt water swimming pool, and a children’s paddling pool. The villa has car parking for up to 4 vehicles, within the property.
Our Holiday Home is fully restored with a few traditional Portuguese and Moroccan features. The space is bright and airy and we hope you will enjoy being here as mush as we do!

The entrance patio is covered and has seating for 8 , this leads to bedrooms on the left and living area on the right.
There are 2 ground floor bedroom suites, 1 with a full walk in wet room, and accessible for disabled guests . Bedroom 2 has a full bathtub suite.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, large Moroccan headboard, wall mounted bedside lamps, 2 x bedside tables , fitted wardrobe. The walk in wet room shower is fully tiled with washbasin, toilet and bidet. There are no stairs to access.
Bedroom 2: King size bed with Moroccan headboard , wall mounted bedside lamps, 2 x bedside tables , fitted wardrobe, floor length mirror and bench.
Further 2 bedrooms are on the mezzanine floor, with staircase access leading from the dining area. with full en suites, boasting sea views from the beds!
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed with Moroccan headboard , wall mounted bedside lamps, 2 x bedside tables , fitted wardrobe with mirrors , and bench and TV . There are 2 x double patio doors which open out onto the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The en suite is large walk in tiled shower, with toilet , bidet, his and hers washbasin and mirror.
Bedroom 4: is accessed from the terrace, Queen size bed with Moroccan headboard , wall mounted bedside lamps, 2 x bedside tables , fitted wardrobe with mirrors , and bench and TV . There are 2 x double patio doors which open out onto the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The en suite is large walk in tiled shower, with toilet , bidet, his and hers washbasin and mirror
The property has fully tiled area for outdoor dining , covered Moroccan Sun area, with sunbeds, and seating.
The entrance terrace also has extra seating for lounging about , and the upstairs mezzanine terrace has further seating
The lounge/ dining room is accessed from the entrance way to the right . Two huge oversized comfy chaise/sofas and scatter tables, which leads to the lounge , with a beautiful round wooden table.
The fully fitted kitchen , with integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer combo leads off from the lounge area.
Fully equipped with all crockery , cutlery . glassware for a complete holiday home experience.
There is a laundry room, accessed from outside with an outdoor toilet , and storage space for beach equipment.
The villa is equipped with complete fibre optic, streaming TV, and you can download your special services on the tv.
Air Conditioning throughout with heating option for winter.
All bedding, villa towels, pool and beach towels are provided.
We can provide baby cots and highchairs upon request, these are usually complementary if reserved upon booking you dates.
We are a none Smoking/non-vaping property. You will forfeit your security deposit if this condition is breached.
We are registered for online shopping and delivery services with Continente supermarkets
We can arrange you airport pick up at competitive rates.
We welcome long stay guests as well as holiday rentals, and w hope you enjoy the villa and surrounding areas.
Guest access
The entire villa, gardens and pools are available for the guests use. Out of bounds is 1 rear store room which is locked and the pool house pump
Other things to note
1.Please note, we offer as large discount for monthly bookings from 1st September to end May ONLY. This monthly booking does not include utilities, you pay for your usage separately in resort. Included are pool and garden services, housekeeping and internet. We do not offer this over high season, as we have summer reservations pending, thank you
2. The property is non smoking/Vaping, thank you for respecting our preference, if this is an issue , please do not reserve our property.
3. We do not rent out to groups , under 25 year olds , hen or stag parties
