The space
The Villa is a particularly luxurious and spacious villa that is suitable for twelve to fourteen people. The recently completely renovated and architecturally furnished villa is wonderfully quiet on a large plot of one hectare, just outside the small village of Pêra. Also typical Portuguese towns such as Porches and Guia, not to mention the beautiful beaches of Galé, are a water park and theme park and the popular city of Albufeira in the immediate vicinity.
The villa, surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive trees, palms and a view of a vineyard, has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The large living room has a flat screen TV with all Dutch channels, a cozy sitting area and a dining area with a view of the garden and the swimming pool. The modern Gaggenau kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer with ice crusher, dishwasher, microwave, oven, wine cabinet and grill plate. The main house has five air-conditioned bedrooms and four comfortable bathrooms. In addition, there is a spacious apartment with bathroom that is suitable for four people. Wireless internet is provided everywhere. Cots and high chairs are also part of the standard equipment.

The Villa is about a ten minute drive from the most beautiful beaches and bays. There is also no lack of top restaurants in the immediate vicinity: the famous two-star restaurant Villa Joya and the exclusive fish restaurant Evaristo are more than worth a visit. Golfers can indulge themselves at the Nick Faldo-designed Oceânico Faldo Course, just a 15-minute drive away.
