Guest access
• Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, except for a closed storage room.
• Maximum Occupancy: 8 people.
• The villa is not suitable for large gatherings or parties of any kind.
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property.
By choosing to stay with us, you have chosen a private accommodation registered in Portugal as Alojamento Local (AL), and not a hotel. Therefore, you will not find the same hotel amenities and services. We ask that you treat the space with the same care and consideration you would give your own home.

Our check-in time is from 4:00 PM. This property requires one of our staff to welcome you.

Rental services:

Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.
A refundable deposit (if there is no serious damage) of 800 euros is requested, paid before check-in by credit card. The refund will be made after check-out, final cleaning and property inspection.
The city requires all guests to pay the city tax fee of €2.00 per person/night, including children from 13 years old (up to a maximum of 7 nights)
