8 months agoIncredible day with Fabio. We did the half day tour seeing two wineries. We were lucky enough to be the only two in the tour so it was a very personal experience. We were able to try the grape at different stages of maturity and got a really good understanding on fermentation and grape to bottle development. Fabio is a legend! 2 years agoWe had the most wonderful time on this wine tour while visiting the Algarve and it was made to be so magical because of Fabio. He was an incredibly knowledgeable guide on the wine in the region and its history, and had great connections with local winemakers. We learned a lot visiting two wineries and had excellent service - from pickup to drop-off and the journey between. Additionally, the meal we had at the end was delicious and had beautiful views. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

6 years agoOur wine tour with Fabio was easily the highlight of our entire Portugal trip. Fabio picked my wife and me up from our hotel in Carvoeiro and was an excellent guide the entire day. We loved the wineries that he took us to, and also loved getting to eat at the top of the mountain. We would book him again in a heartbeat next time we are in Portugal! You definitely should book him too.

The wine tour was a gift for my Girlfriend and she loved every minute of it, we are both very grateful for Fabio’s efforts to make the day special. 2 years agoI cannot suggest Algarve Wine Tours highly enough. Fabio, the owner and tour guide, was amazing. His knowledge of the wineries we visited was excellent, as well as the wines that we enjoyed on the tour. On our tour, we went to two wineries - Vila Alvor and Quinta do Frances, and followed that up with a stunning dinner at Luar Da Foia. The groups on these tours are small (by design). We were with two other couples, which gives a far more personalized experience. Highly, highly recommend making a booking!
