The space
Entrance to the Villa is either through the main entrance door, or the parking area or swimming pool. From the front entrance there is a large hallway leading to a vast lounge/dining room, then along to a bathroom, and bedroom one, en-suite. This leads to a fully fitted kitchen, and from here a terrace/balcony with outside dining and leisure seating for twelve . Opposite the kitchen are stairs to the garden floor. There is a laundry room, and entrance to the parking area. Here also is an exercise room, a cinema room, a bedroom with a bathroom close by, and then a huge area with a summer kitchen, billiard room area, football table, dining for twelve both inside and outside, and the entrance to the swimming pool area surrounded by a huge terrace with a barbecue.
Up to the main floor there is an en-suite bedroom, a further bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen, huge lounge with a 65″ tv with seating for at least twelve, then up to the top floor are two en-suite bedrooms, plus two more bedrooms plus a family bathroom.

The villa is detached, and mainly surrounded by farmland, but just five minutes walk to the main shopping Street of Olhos D’Agua, with all types of shops and restaurants, and just ten minutes walk to the beach at Olhos D’Agua
