The space
in this villa we do have on the ground floor a space living room and relaxed area + access the terrace with dining table + Jacuzzi and Private Pool + dining table + full equipped kitchen+ laundry room next to the kitchen
on the 1st floor we do have 4 bed room all with private bathroom all with shower 1 bed room with king size bed + 1 with double bed + 1 with 3 single beds
on the ground floor we will have a door that separate a small apt with a living room with a sofa bed + open bed room with 2 single beds + a full bathroom with shower(note that this apt located in the ground floor)

ADDENDUM TO RESERVATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING
1) RESERVATIONS WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED ONCE THE PAYMENT FROM THE RESERVATION AND TOURIST TAX HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED (QR CODE PROVIDED AFTER THE RESERVATION IS PAID)
2) THE RESERVATION IS FOR ACCOMMODATION ONLY AND STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE PERSONS LISTED ON THE BOOKING FORM. ADMISSION WILL BE REFUSED AND THE CONTRACT TERMINATED IF THIS CONDITION IS BREACHED
3) CHECK-IN TIME IS 16H00 AND CHECK-OUT IS 10H00
4) PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR LUGGAGE STORAGE SHOULD YOU ARRIVE PRIOR TO THE CHECK IN TIME OR DEPART AFTER THE CHECK OUT TIME. WE DO NOT HAVE LUGGAGE STORAGE FACILITIES.
5) CHECK-INS OR CHECK OUTS BEFORE 08H00 AND AFTER 21H00 WILL ATTRACT A MEET & GREET FEE OF €25.00 PAYABLE IN CASH, CHECK INS AFTHER 23H00 WILL BE EXTRA 50€ PAID TO THE PERSON THAT WILL MEET YOU TO GIVE THE KEYS
6) ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE PROPERTY INCLUDING ALL CUTLERY, CROCKERY, KITCHEN UTENSILS, ETC. MUST BE LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY – FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF €25.00 BEING DEDUCTED OFF THE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
7) THE BBQ AREA (WHERE APPLICABLE) MUST BE CLEANED AND LEFT TIDY – FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF €50.00 BEING DEDUCTED FROM THE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT.
8) BREAKAGE DEPOSITS MUST BE PAYABLE IN CASH – WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR CREDIT CARD. FOR CLIENTS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE THE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE EXTRA €100 PER PERSON, IN ADDITION TO WHICH WE WOULD REQUIRE THE CONTACT DETAILS OF AT LEAST 4 PARENTS (so that we can make contact in the event of emergency situations)
9) IN THE EVENT OF ANY COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS OR OWNERS DUE TO
EXTREME NOISE, WE INFORM YOU OF THE FOLLOWING:
-1ST WARNING – YOU WILL LOSE 50% OF YOUR BREAKAGE DEPOSIT!
-2ND WARNING, WITH THE PRESENCE OF THE AUTHORITYS, WE WILL KINDLY INVITE YOU TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY WITH NO RIGHT TO REIMBURSEMENT OF THE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT AND REMAINING VALUE OF THE RENTAL.
10) EACH CALLOUT (ae per 9 above) WILL ATTRACT A MINIMUM CALLOUT FEE OF €50.00
11)ALL BREAKAGES AND DAMAGES ARE THE LEGAL RESPONSIBILTY OF THE HIRER WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPERTY AND EXPECTED TO TAKE REASONABLE CARE OF IT
12)THE PROPERTY IS CLASSIFIED AS A NON SMOKING AREA – PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SMOKING INDOORS

In the event of an unavoidable situation where the owner is forced to cancel this rental, please note that the property owner will take full responsibility in refunding the amount of the initial deposit.
In event of a cancelation from client side the 25% is never refunded!!
