The 3 bedrooms townhouse with living spaces on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms are en-suite. These 4-star properties are characterised by decorative and well-appointed interiors and feature fully fitted kitchens, air conditioning and satellite TV. Each property is positioned in its own landscaped grounds overlooking a private garden and swimming pool.
FACILITIES: Voya amenities (shampoo + conditioner + bath gel + body milk + soap), satellite television, telephone and air conditioning. Kitchen with washing machine and dish washer, ironing board and iron, fridge and freezer, coffee machine and kitchen utilities. Villas benefit from a daily maid service.

We have focused on what our families staying at this gated village might want and need. The Pool Hangout offers a beautiful free form heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool area (with heated baby pool). In the same area, just down the stairs, there is also an indoor pool and steam bath. The M Bar, Blue Room and “O Terraço” restaurant for breakfast are all conveniently located around the Pool Hangout. Kids are central to our philosophy at Martinhal. For those who know our hotel and resort in Martinhal Sagres, know that we have a philosophy and wide range of facilities/ activities to cater for different ages to “enable the mother to have her cappuccino with the foam still on it”! The kids club has lots of toys, games and puzzles to keep tiny minds occupied.
