Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire villa and resort facilities, like the shared pools. Free parking is available on-site.
You will have access to two shared pools, the “round pool” and the “triangular pool”, which are open all year round but only heated from April till October. Please check the house book on arrival for entry details.
Quinta da Encosta Velha is situated only a few minutes away from some of the world’s most stunning and unspoiled beaches. It also has the advantage of being on the outskirts of a Portuguese community (Budens), with a full grocery store that is open seven days a week, petrol station, bakery, magazine store and ATM.
Only 4 kilometres away is Salema, a lovely fishing community with ocean-facing eateries and a ‘to-die-for’ sandy beach.

Guests can arrive and depart on any day of the week, but in busy times we will favour arrival dates which maximise our occupancy.

Campervans and oversized vehicles are not permited anywhere at the resort.
E-cars: if you will be charging your EV or hybrid during your stay, then please let us know so we can charge you for the total electricity consumed during your stay. Alternatively, you can use the charging facilities at a nearby supermarket or our office on the QEV resort in Budens.
