It is a very modern apartment but remains part of a traditional neighborhood in the city of Faro. It’s an apartment with straight lines.

The space
It has a very clean bathroom with a shower totally different from the ones you will find in Airbnb, kitchen and bed room in open space concept. There is also a balcony with a table and two chairs. All the necessary facilities you need for some truly relaxing vacations.
There is air conditioning, smart tv, Wi-Fi internet, Netflix, cable tv with Portuguese and foreign channels in both floors.
Other things to note
It is located on the third floor, with no elevator.
On foot, it is possible to reach several of the city’s landmarks:
• It takes two minutes to get to the train station,
• It takes five minutes to get to Avenida 5 de Outubro and Rua de Santo António;
• It takes fifteen minutes to get to the Municipal Market, Sé (Faro Cathedral), the historic city center and the pier (where you can catch the boat to the barrier islands).
At check-in, we will have to charge the municipal tourist tax of Faro. It serves to contribute to the implementation of public actions necessary for the consolidation of Faro as an attractive, sustainable and accessible tourist destination.
Between March 1 and October 31, the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 (two euros) per person per night;
Between November 1 and the last day of February of the following year, the value of the municipal tourist tax is €1.00 (one euro) per person per night.
