This good-looking flat in the heart of Faro, capital of the Algarve it’s ideal for a city break near the beach and great islands 😉

Just a few minutes walking from sightseeing, boats to the islands, museums and tastings where you can meet its people, its traditional architecture, discover its gastronomy, the quality of its wines, the secrets and mysteries of its history, its vast Cultural Heritage.

Day or night, you can do almost everything or, if you prefer, do absolutely nothing ;

The space
This good-looking flat is in the best possible location. It’s perfect for couples with or without children’s and even for a little group of friends.

A quiet sunny flat in this very friendly neighborhood, just near the Igreja do Carmo this remarkable Churche of the city of Faro.

Just in the corner of the building you will find a groceries store and on Sunday´s a “pitoresque” vegetable local market were you can buy everything that you may need to cook in the well equipped kitchen.
Near the living room you can enjoy a little balcony with table and chairs, ideal for the breakfast or a drink by the end of the day for chill out and enjoy Algarve`s fantastic weather.
For rest you have 2 Bedrooms and one sofa bed which can accommodate in a comfortable way 5 peoples provided with bed linen and towels

And so you can enjoy the beach on our great Summer, for your convenience we also offer, beach towels, umbrella, sun hat.

I’ve decorated this apartment with all my heart and the remembers of my own travels.
You will feel like home and I will delight for you to enjoy our flat.

– FARO’S MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX
From March 1, 2020, the tourist tax is payable as a single amount at check-in.

Between March 1st and October 31st the value of the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 (two euros) per person and overnight stay (up to 7 consecutive nights);
Between November 1st and the last day of February of the following year, the value of the municipal tourist tax is €1.00 (one euro), per person and overnight stay (up to 7 consecutive nights);

– BORDER CONTROL INFO: This is a local accommodation authorized by the Portuguese Government and registered in Turismo de Portugal.
In Portugal, the hosts are obliged by law to report certain identification data about guests to the Border Control. As so, one week before your arrival, I will ask for your Passport or ID number and all the other information that i need to fill the form.
(I am free to cancel your reservation with the refund equivalent to the cancellation policy chosen – in this case rigid – if you refuse to provide the information)

Other things to note
HOUSE RULES

To make sure that you will have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding, please read the house rules of this accommodation. When you confirm a reservation it is implied that you are familiar and agree with the terms and that you will fully adhere. Violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation without any refund.

I´m available to the guests during their stay for any information and assistance they may need. In case of any complaint about the quality of the accommodation, I advise the guests to contact me directly.

PETS
– No pets are allowed

NOISE
– The guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the owners, neighbours and other guests from 22:00 to 8:00.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME
– Normally I’m flexible with the check in and out so if you are the only guest on that day you can enter in the right moment that you arrive or stay longer…. Otherwise just enter at 15h or leave at 11h to have time to prepare the flat for the next guest.

LATE CHECK IN
– For a late check in please contact first booking to know if it’s possible.

DURING THE STAY
– When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the air-conditioning and heating on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use. It is forbidden to throw waste in the toilets or in any other place not predicted for this purpose like outside the house or in its vicinity.
– The guests are kindly asked to take care of the accommodation and its furniture situated inside and outside of it. The guests are not allowed to rearrange the furniture.
– The owners do not have the right to enter into the rented accommodation during the absence of the guests, except to fix urgent damages or an occurring danger in the apartment. In this case, they have to inform the guests about it as soon as they arrive at the apartment. If the owners have any reason to believe that house rules are violated, the guests have to let them enter in the accommodation in order to check the situation.
– It is strictly forbidden that any person other than the booked guests stay inside the apartment. If any other person is using in the accommodation beside the booked guests, the owners and the agency have the right to cancel the reservation of all guests.

CHECK OUT
– On the departure day the guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it and take out the garbage.

When occupying the apartment it is assumed that the guests are familiar with the house rules and that they agree with the conditions and their obligations.
