4 months agoSe há sítios que nos surpreendem, este é um deles. O Himalaya Gurkha não é apenas um restaurante nepalês — também faz sushi… e aqui está o ponto: é dos melhores que já provei na vida. E não digo isto de forma leve — já estive nos 4 cantos do mundo. O contraste é inesperado, mas funciona. Tanto os pratos nepaleses como o sushi têm uma coisa em comum: sabor, frescura e consistência. Nada parece feito à pressa ou “só para ter no menu”. O sushi, em particular, destaca-se pela qualidade do peixe, pelo equilíbrio e pela execução — algo raro, especialmente fora de grandes cidades. E depois há um fator que hoje em dia pesa muito: a relação qualidade/preço. Aqui é simplesmente difícil de bater. O ambiente é simples e descontraído, sem pretensões, mas com um serviço simpático e próximo que faz sentir bem-vindo. 👉 Pontos fortes: * Sushi de altíssimo nível (inesperado e memorável) * Cozinha nepalesa autêntica * Excelente relação qualidade/preço * Serviço próximo e ambiente descontraído 👉 Nota: Não venhas à procura de luxo — vem à procura de comida mesmo boa.
