in the last weekThis hotel hosted us for a week for a course and truly offers all the necessary comforts. A large, welcoming conference room with air conditioning and an interactive whiteboard. A fantastic mid-morning breakfast was served with a sea view from the fifth-floor terrace. Spectacular. The staff were friendly and able to address any small needs or concerns.

in the last weekThe hotel is located right in the middle of the marina on a busy street. The bus stop is particularly noisy. However, the windows are well soundproofed and the air conditioning works. If you want to sit on the balcony, you should request a room at the back. Otherwise, the hotel has seen better days and could use some renovations here and there, which are being done gradually. Breakfast, with a lovely view of the lagoon, was good. Parking around the hotel is difficult, and although there are reserved hotel parking spaces, they are unfortunately insufficient. Parking in the surrounding area is free at certain times, from evening until morning. A big compliment to the hotel management: Due to a bereavement, we had to leave early. We received a full refund for the unused nights, even though we hadn't booked a flexible stay. Bravo!

in the last weekReally good service, and rooms have an excellent view, a great place to stay when visiting faro. It also offers a shuttle to the faro beach, which can come in handy. A really good experience, one I can surely say it's worth the while while staying in faro.

in the last weekA minha experiencia neste hotel foi nefasta para não dizer baixo nivel as imagens que aparecem nos sites não correspondem a verdade os quartos mal higienizados o material limitado e o olor do quarto é desagradable também dizia que disponía de piscina e não é verdade e a indicaciones so e feita depois de ja termos feito o pagamento para assim não haver forma de anulacao mesmo tentando falar com o responsável que foi bastante rude e só se limitada a dizer que não podíam controlar os sites e não apresentou nenhuma solução a única pessoa que pediu desculpa pelo ocurrido foi um recepcionista que se chamada Tomás e mais que isso não sei e o único ponto positivo o pequeno almoço. Com toda a certeza não voltarei e não recomendó.
