The space
Upon entering the villa, there is a large entrance hall, with stairs that descend to the bedrooms and a large door that leads to the living room.
The living room is spacious and has large windows overlooking the ocean.
The sea is just 300 meters away. The privileged position of the villa allows you to see everything from Ponta da Piedade in Lagos (to the east) to beyond Burgau (to the west). It is easy to admire the great immensity and beauty of the sea from this starting point.
The first floor has a large living room with sofas, television and an indoor dining area. It also has a large balcony with outdoor table and chairs. The balcony is protected by side windows and a ceiling to provide shade. On the left side you will find the stairs that give direct access from the balcony to the pool and garden.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a bathroom on the first floor.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own “ensuite” bathroom. The rooms have direct access to the pool through the sliding glass doors that allow a view of the pool and the sea. One of the rooms has a desk where you can work in silence, if necessary.
The garden is large and well cared for. There is a large awning that offers shade over the lawn. There are many sun loungers, chairs for relaxing and outdoor sofas.
