The villa was recently fully renovated and transformed into a dream home. Its open-plan interior flows seamlessly from the modern kitchen with a central island into the inviting living room, featuring a double fireplace. The upstairs master suite features a private en-suite bathroom, ensuring unparalleled privacy and breathtaking panoramic views. Additionally, two further luxury bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the lower level, each offering direct access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Pool info
In addition to the standard solar system, it is possible to heat the pool at an extra cost of €175 per week.
This option is only available from May 1st to September 30th.
Outside this period, the pool is only heated by solar energy.

Other things to note
To use the heating pump to heat the pool, we charge an extra €175 per week. If you want only solar heating, it is free, but the temperature is then limited to a maximum of 21 °C (dependent on current weather conditions).
Regarding distances, it is recommended that you have a car, although Uber works pretty well in this area. In this same resort, there’s a restaurant and a pizzeria, but not within walking distance for a person with reduced mobility. Nearby in Salema Beach (at 4 km from the resort), the nearest coastal village, you will also find a few nice restaurants, shops and supermarkets. In Budens, located on the N125, at 3km, you will find a bakery, a supermarket, and a gas station.
